When operating outbound campaigns on behalf of paying clients, we process publicly available business contact information (name, business email, company, role) for the purpose of conducting B2B outreach in compliance with applicable law including the CAN-SPAM Act. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and maintain suppression lists.
Data retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for ordinary business records. Client campaign data is governed by individual client agreements.
